The applicable regulations detail the content requirements and general rules for promotional material, define the mandatory content of information material for professionals and the requirements for advertising over-the-counter medicines directly to the end user.

The key principles governing the information provided by ExtractumPharma Zrt. in materials intended for both Healthcare Professionals and End Users:

- All information in promotional material and advertisements must comply with the summary of product characteristics of the medicinal product. Advertising of any indication other than those approved and authorised by the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition is prohibited.
- Information or claims in advertising material must not be false or misleading in any respect, in particular by distortion of reality, misstatement or omission.

- Promotional material must be clear, scientifically up-to-date, balanced and sufficiently complete to enable the recipient of the information to form their own opinion about the therapeutic value of the medicinal product. Promotional material should encourage the rational use of the medicinal product by presenting its properties objectively and without exaggeration. The information provided should be based on an up-to-date evaluation of scientific evidence and reflect such evidence clearly.

- Prior to publication or distribution, all promotional material must be pre-approved by the ExtractumPharma Zrt. pharmacovigilance medical team.

- Medical sales representatives and referrers who engage in our marketing communication activities regularly attend medical professional and skills development training.
