ExtractumPharma was founded in 1993 by two of its current owners as a small pharmaceutical enterprise. Over the past 30 years it has grown into one of the most dynamic medium-sized pharma enterprises in Hungary. Today, ExtractumPharma is a GMP-licenced drug manufacturing company with special permit for producing opioid-based and other controlled drugs as well as a license for investigational medicinal products. ExtractumPharma develops and manufactures high quality medicinal products with established active ingredients. With these new generic formulations, our company creates efficient and widely accessible tools in the battle against diseases.

ExtractumPharma zrt. pharmaceutical plant is located in Hungary, Bács-Kiskun county, Kunfehértó on an area of about 3.5 ha. In our produciton plant nearly 150 products of 32 active ingredients are manufactured, packaged and stored in accordance with the current Good Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Our capacity reaches nearly one billion tablets per year. We work from laboratory batch sizes (0.5 kg) to medium-scale industrial batch sizes (250 kg).
