The history of our production plant at Kunfehértó goes back…

In the middle of 1970s:  the pharmaceutical production plant – being in the property of Kiskunhalas State Farm - was formed for manufacturing antinephrolithic drug to the Russian market.

In the middle of 1980s: first rebuilding of the production plant – having tabletting capacity

At the end of 1980s: second rebuilding of the production plant – having coating capacity

Due to market rearrangement after the changes in 1989., the contract manufacturing was cancelled as also the whole pharmaceutical manufacturing were liquidated from the plant. After the privatization of the State Farm of Kiskunhalas, Extractum Ltd. became the new holder of the pharmaceutical plant. Extractum Ltd., owning the pharmaceutical plant and human resources, charges the managing director of AntnerPharma Consulting Ltd. (founded in 1988), - Balázs Antal having great pharmaceutical manufacturing experiences - with organizing the safety professional background. 

1992. Starting effervescent tablets manufacturing to Czechslovakian market.

Acquisition of manufacturing and Marketing Authorization of WEU pharmaceuticals and purchase of needed pharmaceutical machines for the plant created the initial conditions for establishing an independent pharmaceutical company.

In 1993 the current general director of the Company, József Nemes - having meaningful pharmaceutical experience - was charged with management of commercial activity.

1993. EXTRACTUM-PHARMA Co. Ltd. was founded
